Terms of service

By using Stackr, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

What Stackr does

Stackr connects to your business tools and generates AI summaries ("briefs") of activity across them. We do our best to make briefs accurate but cannot guarantee correctness — they are AI-generated. You should not rely on Stackr alone for critical business decisions.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password and tokens secure. If you suspect a token leak, contact us immediately to rotate.

Acceptable use

Don't use Stackr to:

• Access data you don't legitimately own or have permission to access
• Reverse engineer or attack our systems
• Scrape briefs to resell or redistribute

Payment

Subscriptions run for 31-day cycles starting at payment date. Tokens expire when the subscription expires. If payment lapses, your account is disabled but your data is retained for 30 days in case you renew. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

Termination

You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@stackr.work. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

Stackr is provided "as-is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect.
